Initial Consultation

  • Includes 1 visit to your home

  • Cost: $100 for approximately two hours of your time

What to do:​

​1. Reserve a date and time slot that is available by clicking the "Schedule Services" button below and then click the "Book Now" button under Initial Consultation.

​2.  Look for a confirmation email soon after you schedule your initial consultation.

3.  Click the "Online Client Info Form" button below to submit electronically. If unable to do this, print out the "Client Info Form - PDF" (5 pages) below and complete prior to your visit if possible.

What to expect:

  1. Introduction and review paperwork

  2. Talk in depth about client's needs, goals, and safety concerns

  3. Tour property, take pictures, and measure area of client-specified spaces

  4. Offer appropriate referrals, if any

  5. Discuss next steps of home safety assessment, including pricing

  6. Collect payment via credit card, check, or cash

Home Safety Assessment

  • Includes 2 visits to your home

  • Cost: To be determined at the Initial Consultation, minimum of $100

What to do:​

​1. Reserve a date and time slot that is available by clicking the "Schedule Services" button below, then click the "Book Now" button under Home Safety Assessment.

What to expect:

  1. Home Safety Assessment includes this visit and a follow-up visit

  2. Review client's needs and goals

  3. Explain process of home safety assessment

  4. Home safety assessment performed for client-designated spaces

  5. Discuss next steps

  6. Collect payment via credit card, check, or cash

  7. ​Schedule follow-up visit (included in payment) to review home safety report (example below)

Follow-Up Visit

  • Includes 1 visit to your home, however, multiple follow-up visits can be scheduled as needed.

  • Cost: To be decided at the previous visit, minimum of $50 

What to do:​

​Reserve a date and time slot that is available by clicking the "Schedule Service" button below, then click the "Book Now" button under Follow-Up Visit. 

OR

Call 717-480-0970 or email to schedule by clicking the "Contact Us" button below and then fill out the email information and submit by clicking "Send Message".

What to expect:

  1. Review client's needs and goals

  2. Review recommendations or any changes to the home

  3. Assess proper set-up of adapted spaces and/or modifications that have been completed within the home

  4. Make further recommendations if needed

  5. Discuss next steps

  6. Collect payment via credit card, check, or cash
